At Bongo Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. If your new piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping crates with all protective padding and hardware included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our specialized logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient curbside collection time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
